Make sure to have your account number and customer number.

Credit Cards: minimum service fee $2.50 or 3.50% of your total charges (whichever is higher)

E-Checks have a fee of $1.95.

E-CHECK PAYMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RESTORE YOUR WATER AND/OR SANITATION IF WATER/SANITATION HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT. Any overages will be credited to your account; NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. THERE IS A $25 RECONNECT FEE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT BILL.
